Although it’s very difficult to answer that question, I would try and do my best here in explaining some general pricing guidelines.
The purchase of a property, mentorship and coaching package is very much like buying a vehicle and it has a price range and ranges quite drastically.
For example, an Audi A4. Starts around about £40,000, but can go up to £60,000. Once the buyer has added tinted windows, different types of paint, different types of alloys, grills or even hybrid or electric etc .. Any of the hundreds of extras are available, such as even the stereo system and the styling of the car.
Interestingly, the average person elects to sell their car or trades it in within the first five years of purchase. Why do so many people get so many upgrades? The answer is because most people understand the importance of getting what they want the first time. most people spend over 30 minutes a day in their vehicles, so they want to make sure their vehicle will provide them with comfort, quality, longevity and ease of use.
Your property training or coaching and mentoring is something that will set you up educationally for rest of your life. It’s something that you’re probably going to use every single day. while you are getting out there and buying properties to create the wealth you want to or the cash flow that you need. Once you know how to do this, this will be something that you have for life and likely pass that knowledge down to your children. When you buy property(s) the right way they will be assest for life.
Unfortunately, some people only focus on the initial price and cost and looking for the cheapest coaching company or mentor to deliver the service that they want And they may sacrifice some of the extras or the really good parts or one to one focussed contact. Finding the right mentor for you who delivers the bespoke package for your needs will prevent that regret and allow you to succeed in your goals and provide you with life long skills.
You will also be acquiring property / assets that will become part of your income, possibly your pension and even passed down to your family to have for their benefit. These are going to also go up in value over time and be worth a lot more in 10 , 20, 30 ,40, years time.

You could go and buy property. Absolutely you can. I have a very good friend who did exactly that. He spent 10 years buying property, learning how to do it, making his own mistakes just from reading lots and lots of articles on the Internet and finding out what is possible and how to do it. He has achieved what he wanted to achieve, which was his financial goal and his monthly income. Now that’s perfect if that’s what you want to do, having a mentor just accelerates that process and helps protect you from making very costly mistakes. For example, you may achieve your goals in 2 years rather than 10.
